If your order wasn’t what you wanted then we will either ensure that you get the item you did order or refund you the original purchase price and return postage costs. Please remember - you’ll need to contact Inayat House within 7 days of the actual delivery date, or the estimated delivery date in the unlikely event that an item hasn’t arrived.
Once we received your request and return has been arranged, we will process this as quickly as possible; typically within 48 hours of the order being returned to us. If the order hasn’t been shipped, we can cancel it immediately and refund you within 48 hours.
Can you return a piece of jewellery?
For returning an item it must be unused, undamaged and within its original packaging. Inayat House offers a free returns policy within 7 days of receiving your order, however this does not apply to certain situations, which are outlined below. Please be aware that the you need to inform us before sending back the items within 7 days of receiving your order and meet the requirements detailed below to be eligible for a refund.
